A Transdisciplinary Synthesis
My consulting practice offers a departure from traditional coaching, activity-based models. I do not engage in superficial games or conventional, low-impact team-building exercises. Instead, I value my clients' time by providing a transdisciplinary methodology that synthesizes diverse, rigorous fields into a coherent, actionable whole.
By weaving together concepts from organizational neuroscience, social network analysis, team cognition, the science of complexity, dynamic systems theory, behavioral psychology, sociocultural studies, economics, and best leadership and team building practices, I provide a sophisticated framework designed for navigating a global society.
My approach is rooted in the lens of transmodernism and avoids rigid, mechanistic methods. Instead, I foster an organic process of development, adaptability, and flexibility—the essential qualities required to thrive in a contemporary, complex, and deeply interconnected world.
My consulting avoids pop-psychology and is strictly evidence-based—backed by 30+ years of academic research and teaching experience—and is tightly tailored to the specific needs and aspirations of your organization.

The Synthesis Approach:
Ongoing Research:
I am currently conducting research inquiring into the archetype of the outstanding leader of the future. I integrate these ongoing, real-world findings directly into my consulting practice.
Team Architecture:
I move beyond traditional "team building" to focus on team architecture, intentionally designing the structural and relational foundations necessary for high performance.
Integrating Complexity:
I bridge organizational leadership with dynamic systems, behavioral psychology, and sociocultural studies to reveal the underlying structures of your team’s performance.
Organic Adaptability:
Rather than applying static, mechanistic solutions, I cultivate the inherent flexibility and adaptive capacity necessary for your team to navigate today’s interconnected global landscape.
Evidence-Based Rigor:
I apply my extensive background in research and education—including my academic focus on curriculum connections and complex systems—directly into my consulting practice, ensuring every strategic intervention is anchored in proven scientific theory.
A Collaborative Partnership:
I function as a partner to work alongside you, designing custom solutions that address the specific, complex challenges facing your firm today.
Example of my services
The nonprofit fashion boutique sought to increase community exposure to secure additional volunteers and donations. To address this, I analyzed nearby venues and identified local resources, including a large senior center and a nearby gym's fitness program, as ideal pools for potential volunteers.
I proposed and co-designed a targeted engagement event titled "Reclaim Your Inner and Outer Fashionista," which featured:
1
A social atmosphere complemented by curated music
2
An interactive segment focused on purchasing discounted items and modeling them for others
3
Shared networking and socialization opportunities
